All Stress Is Caused By Wanting This Moment To Be Something It's Not
Although, stress seems like it is not in our control because we may be feeling overwhelmed, we may be stress sweating, we’re under pressure, we only see the moment we’re in and it can be hard to accept what’s happening. Yes, the natural tendency of our imperfect emotional make up can cause us to react on the emotion at hand however, sometimes peace is more important than anything else.
This is not to say that things happen to us unexpectedly that can cause us stress but we do have a choice to no react or add to it. We can ask ourselves: By acting on this emotion, will I create a bigger issue?
We can choose to be internally calm and joyous despite the external chaos. Accept this time for what it is, aware of it all, letting go of the feeling that can cause stress when you feel it coming, and step into a positive state of mind.
I do not want to be remembered as a stressed person nor someone that can be offended. Do you?
Maybe we have to hold it together, we might have to push ourselves through to get to the other side. Let’s not exhaust ourselves by being stressed.
Take a few breaths, maybe like 20. Think about relaxing yourself, becoming compassionate for yourself and others whom you love, remain curious in this moment, search for the joy within and know your worth.
Don’t suppress the stress only to wind up worse years later. Accept the limitations and vulnerabilities and embrace the possibilities because you have the chance to try again until you get better.

Stress is going to happen so the solutions isn’t to protect your power so much so you end up alone but rather it’s learning to cope with it, how to manage it and finding the peace within.
Our thoughts can be abstract in our mind. This is when it’s time to write them down so we can see our thoughts for what they are which is just a passing moment and we then can see things more clearly because we know we can seem them on paper.
